In order to further expand the European market, our customer is opening offices in Munich and Dresden and is looking for more talents to join the company's team.

Job Description:

• Strengthen customer relationships and discover new business leads in Europe.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Gather marketing insights and product trends to support new product development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create strategic marketing partnerships with universities, biotech firms, and CROs.
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate access to new technologies or markets in line with company policy.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive assessments.
• Create compelling marketing materials and content to aid sales efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in life science or biotechnology (PhD is a plus).
• 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing or product management within the biotech, life science, or medical device manufacturing industry.
• Digital marketing or campaign management experience is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with new product launches or marketing access.
• A strategic thinker with a proven ability to conduct marketing and competitor analysis.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
